An adult literacy teacher/trainer is required for the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program in Dalby to be run by Career Employment Australia, a community-focused, not-for-profit Registered Training Organisation.
Candidate must have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110), and preferably further adult literacy or trade qualifications.
Full training and support will be given, but Candidate must be able to work independently, and be willing to cope with the considerable administrative requirements of the SEE program.
Demonstrated experience in working with disengaged youth and adults would be advantageous.
Position will be casual initially (2-4 days per week).
Pay will be according to qualifications and experience as per the Educational Services (Post-Secondary Education) Award 2010.
Must be able to start as soon as possible.
